How to Choose the Right Sauna
When selecting an infrared sauna, consider:
Available Space
Measure the location where your sauna will be installed, including clearance for ventilation and door access.
Capacity
Think about how you'll use your sauna.
- Individual use
- Couples
- Family wellness
- Entertaining guests
Electrical Requirements
Our infrared saunas are designed for home installation.
Some models plug into a standard household outlet, while others may require a dedicated electrical circuit. Always review the electrical specifications before purchase.
Wellness Goals
Whether you're focused on daily relaxation, muscle recovery, recovery after exercise, or creating a dedicated wellness space, selecting the appropriate size and features will help ensure the best experience.
Delivery & Assembly
Each sauna ships in multiple cartons, allowing the individual panels to move easily through most hallways and doorways.
Most customers can complete assembly with 1–2 people using the included instructions.
Please note:
- Curbside freight delivery is included.
- White glove delivery is not available.
- Delivery appointments are scheduled by the freight carrier.
Before You Purchase
Because infrared saunas are large, freight-delivered products, we encourage customers to:
- Confirm available space
- Review electrical requirements
- Measure doorways and installation areas
- Review our return policy prior to assembly
Once a sauna has been assembled or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
