Baseline Wellness Return & Cancellation Policy
At Baseline Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality recovery products designed to support your long-term performance and well-being. Due to the size, nature, and logistics of our sauna products, we ask that all customers review the following policy carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders are processed and prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved prior to return
- Returns without an RMA will not be accepted
Please note:
Products that have been assembled and/or used are not eligible for return.
Return Costs & Fees
Due to the size and freight requirements of our saunas, the following costs apply to all returns:
- Original outbound shipping costs
- Return (inbound) shipping costs
- 20% restocking fee (for opened but unused items)
- Any applicable handling, storage, or routing fees
Please note: Our pricing for all products includes the cost of freight delivery. In the event of a return, original delivery costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return shipping costs are often higher than initial delivery due to the size and specialized freight handling required for sauna products.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
- Baseline Wellness reserves the right to deny or adjust refunds if items show signs of damage or misuse
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5 business days
